Essential Digital Skills for Life (Entry Level 3) – 4 week course
On this course you’ll develop the practical digital skills needed for everyday life. Whether it’s using a smartphone, tablet or computer, you’ll learn how to complete common tasks such as communicating online with others using email or other messaging applications, creating and editing simple documents, browsing the internet using different search engines to find information you need, using online services and buying securely online, using apps and completing online forms. You’ll also learn how to protect your personal information and stay safe while using the internet. This course is suitable for learners with basic computer knowledge and who want to build on those skills to become more confident and independent.
**Entry requirements: You should already have basic computer skills or have completed our ‘Digital Skills for Absolute Beginners’ course.
**A laptop will be provided for you to use during the lessons, no need to bring your own device.
