Depression is often referred to as the Common Cold of Mental Health – so many people suffer it from time to time and so little seems able to be done about it. In fact, that is mostly incorrect, much more is now known about depression and there is a lot people can do to help themselves fully recover from it!
In this one hour workshop we cover many techniques that are commonly used in the battle against depression, with a focus on how we can plan our day to day lives to ensure that we are taking positive actions so that each day can be reflected on with gratitude and a sense of achievement and empowerment.
If you feel that your life is stuck in a rut and every day feels the same, then join this easy going and informative session to begin taking small but noticeable steps to planning a good life, each and every day.
This session is delivered online and all resources will be sent out to you prior to the session beginning.
