Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training

If you completed your Mental Health First Aid a while ago, (before September 2022), this FREE* four-hour Refresher course will support you by enabling you to refresh your skills, the same way that physical first aiders do. It will ensure that you are motivated, empowered and confident to carry out the MHFAider® role effectively and provider wider benefits.
The course includes:
Renewing skills
Updating knowledge of mental health supports
Giving you the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
Providing access to three years of MHFAider® support and benefits

Format:
This is a half day interactive course will be delivered face-to-face. Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities in a group with limited numbers to ensure maximum support to participants.

This course includes MHFAider® support and benefits.
MHFAiders® get automatic 24/7 digital support through the MHFAider Support App®. From there they will find exclusive resources, ongoing learning opportunities and the benefit of joining England’s largest community of trained MHFAiders®. The course is open to people who have completed MHFA England 2 day Mental Health First Aid Training, aged 18+ living or working in Herefordshire or Worcestershire.
